THE PROBLEM
A full luxury hotel villa furniture collection needed production drawings, 3D models, and CNC programs across multiple machines with very different post-processors and axis configurations.
THE CHALLENGE
Each machine — Vitap K2-2.0 (3-axis), Bacci Double Jet (12-axis Pitagora), and Bacci Copy Shaper (FCCNC) — demanded distinct toolpaths, nesting strategies, and post-processing. Programs had to minimize material waste and machine time while holding tight tolerances.
THE APPROACH
Standardized the flow from CAD to machine: production drawings and component breakdowns first, then machine-specific programming, nesting optimization, and toolpath tuning per machine. Cutting lists fed directly into nesting to reduce offcuts.

Delivered a complete, production-ready furniture collection with optimized CNC programs across three machine platforms, reducing material waste and machine setup time.
